The NCMC Foundation is comprised of 12 community volunteers, all with the same passion of raising money to support and enhance the quality healthcare in the area. To date, the Foundation has given $358,117 to the hospital for healthcare improvements.
Each year the Foundation hosts several events to raise money, including: (See Coming Events.)
The Foundation also provides generous scholarships to high school students seeking a career in healthcare. These scholarships are awarded each spring to students throughout Gooding County.
In 2012, the NCMC Foundation will participate in a very important study to understand its fund raising capacity. This analysis will guide the Foundation to their goal of strengthening community healthcare through increased philanthropic resources.
